Job completed for Water Heater Leak

A homeowner in Dover, NJ had a water heater leak lasting about 5 hours, affecting his kitchen and office. Luckily the flooring did not soak up any water and was able to be reused. Unfortunately, the leak did cause mold to grow under vinyl flooring.

2 techs were needed to remove flooring and install equipment. The techs applied serum in the kitchen to get rid of the mold that had grown. Peter, the project manager, knew that the best course of action would be to use 1 air mover, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber to dry the areas effectively. The areas took 3 days to fully dry and the crew was able to pick up the equipment on the 3rd day. The customer was then able to enjoy a dry and mold free home.
