A homeowner in Iselin, New Jersey, experienced a sewer back up in the unfinished basement of their home. It caused sewage water and waste scattered throughout the area. After calling a plumber to fix the issue, the plumber recommend that the homeowner call us to ensure it was dried properly.

Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Paul Monteleone, arrived at the home to assess the damage. He thoroughly inspected the home and communicated the process with the homeowner. Paul also assisted the customer in filing an insurance claim. Two of our technicians arrived shortly and started the clean-up. The concrete floor and affected walls were thoroughly steam cleaned and sanitized. After that, four air movers, one air scrubber, and one dehumidifier were installed to quickly dry the unfinished basement.
