This homeowner in Somerset, New Jersey, had a radiator failure in their home. The damage affected two levels of the property; the main floor and the basement. Materials affected were concrete and sheetrock. The homeowner reached out to Northeast PowerDry to restore their home.

Our Project Manager, Scott Upshaw, immediately arrived at the property and thoroughly inspected the damage. After explaining the scope of work with the homeowner Scott helped them with filing an insurance claim and spoke to the adjuster assigned who then gave us the green light to start with the work. Our technicians quickly arrived and started with the removal of the affected ceiling and drywall to ensure proper drying.  Unsalvageable materials were removed and all areas were deeply sanitized. There were four air movers, two dehumidifiers and two air scrubbers installed to have the home dry in just three days.
