A homeowner in Stanhope, New Jersey, suffered from water damage. A pipe break occurred under the vanity in the second-floor bathroom resulting in water damage to the kitchen ceiling, vinyl floor, and baseboard materials. A Project Manager was sent out right away to assess the damage.

Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Joseph Depalma, arrived on site within 60 minutes and completed a moisture inspection. He used specialized equipment to detect the level of moisture on the floor and ceiling. Joe showed the extent of the damage and communicated the scope of work with the homeowner. Two of our technicians did a thorough clean-up and removal of unsalvageable materials. Our team also installed five air movers, two dehumidifiers, one air scrubber, and an inject dry machine to properly dry the home.
