Job completed for Air Conditioning Unit Failure

Northeast Power Dry received a call regarding a condensation overflow from the air conditioning unit. The overflow affected the insulation and hardwood floor in the dining room. Additionally, this caused the ceiling in the dining room to fall. The customer was out of the state when this occurred, so Northeast Power Dry worked with the customer’s daughter.

Project manager, Scott, drove to personally meet with the customer. Scott was able to assist the customer in setting up and determining a plan of action. The homeowner was extremely grateful for the assistance that Scott could provide since the customer was out of state. Due to the urgency of the damage, our team needed to begin the drying process right away. Scott sent a crew out immediately and they arrived at the home in 30 minutes! When they arrived, two Northeast Power Dry technicians installed 10 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, 2 air scrubbers, and 1 hardwood machine in order to dry the affected areas. The customer was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that Northeast Power Dry was able to provide.
