In Summit, New Jersey, the vent pipe leaked in the finished basement of a home. The loss was classified as category 3, meaning that the water was unsanitary. The carpet, padding, and drywall materials in a section of the area were soaked, making them unable to be salvaged. When a Northeast Power Dry team arrived at the residence, the scope of work was fully inspected and the best course of action was determined.
