At this home in Saddle River, New Jersey, the homeowner experienced a pipe break in the finished basement of the home. The pipe break affected the carpet, sheetrock, and tile in three rooms in the basement. Upon the arrival of Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam Steig, the rooms were inspected and the best course of action was determined. In order to mitigate this loss, 8 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, 1 small injectidry, and 1 air scrubber were installed.
