In Belmar, New Jersey, a pipe break occurred behind the kitchen sink affecting the three rooms in the home. When our Project Manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the home, he thoroughly assessed the damage. The carpet, pad with a vapor barrier, cabinets, and baseboard materials were affected. Two of our technicians extracted the water from the carpet, removed all unsalvageable materials, and sanitized all the areas affected. After that, five air movers, one inject dry and one air scrubber were installed. In three days the home was dry.
